At Superhuman Bikes, we stand behind the engineering of our performance gear and offer a 30-day trial period to ensure your new ride exceeds your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined return process for all eligible bikes and accessories.

Return Process

  Submit a Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to initiate your return and receive a unique Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Clean and Pack

  Ensure the bike is free of debris and securely packed in its original manufacturer's crate or box to prevent structural damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid heavy-duty shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of the packaging.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the bike's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
